Return, Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy
You can initiate a return/cancellation process for a product that is not included on the non-returnable list and if you have received:
- An incorrect product (if the product has not been used, includes all tags and in original undamaged packaging).
- A damaged/flawed product (For electronics, open products will be accepted if different from description or picture displayed and includes all tags and in original undamaged packaging).
- In the event that you need to return your item for any reason, we will only accept a return under certain conditions:
- The products are in their original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box) and are not damaged or tampered in any condition. The seal of the item needs to be in an intact condition.
- For watches, the product needs to be in original packaging and have all the original tags.
- For all other products, returns are accepted if the product is in undamaged original packaging, and includes all accessories.
- If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and product not defective, unused, no visible scratches or marks observed, a re-stocking fee of 25% (Percent) will be deducted while making exchange/refund.
- You have the right to return a product within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment.
Non-returnable Products.
- Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them;
- Any consumable product which has been used or installed;
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
Refund Procedure
We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:
- If you paid by credit/debit card - Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- If you paid by COD, we will issue a refund to your wallet/bank transfer;
